I live for one passion: to know Christ and make Him known.
That commitment has been most evident in over thirty years of pastoral ministry. Along the way I engaged in children, youth and camp work; planted a church; promoted global missions; taught at both College and Seminary levels; and served under the auspices of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.
LEADING POSITIVE TRANSITIONS
I've lived a life of transitioning people, churches and organizations through change. I've learned that positive transitions only occur when people and relationships receive priority over ideas and institution. Good process is more important than good ideas.
Change is inevitable. The issue is not change, but how we manage change. Life is lived in the tranisitions. Some people are skilled at envisioning changes that need to happen. Others demonstrate skill in assisting others who need to process the change.
